We are excited to see solid progress being made on this new-build replacement dwelling on a sought-after site in Minnis Bay, Kent.
The contemporary design was developed in close collaboration with our client, and replaces a dilapidated bungalow on sunken corner plot overlooking a public green. The stepped L-shaped plan-form bookends the approach, transitioning both built form and site levels whilst offering a sense of enclosure and protection to the frontage. Expansive areas of glazing and luxurious open-plan living spaces maximise natural light and offer far-reaching views across the park and out to sea.
