We are delighted to have recently gained full planning consent for another bespoke waterfront residence in a prominent location on the north Kent coast.
The scheme was carefully developed to holistically extend and re-configure an existing dwelling, whilst enhancing the biophilic relationship between the house and its breath-taking surroundings.
The design approach called for a sympathetic materials palette and carefully considered approach to form, mass and construction detailing in order to open up panoramic views out to the seascape, whilst preserving and respecting the distinctive character of the original property.
