TJDA has an extensive portfolio, client base, infrastructure and labour force, building on our extensive experience in the architecture, planning and property development sectors across Thanet, the South East and London.

We pride ourselves on our sound understanding of our client’s commercial requirements, and have a proven track record for balancing budget against carefully considered high quality design - reinforced by a varied portfolio which includes residential, healthcare, retail, commercial, hospitality and education, ranging in value from £50k to £50m, providing as much service as a client needs.

Our enthusiasm for design is underpinned by an ongoing investment in new technologies such as BIM, in order to continually streamline and improve the design process and customer experience.
